Student and Teacher plan - Can't download assets anymore
I'm a teacher with a "teacher plan" and always used to download assets from Adobe Creative Market. For my misfortune, about a week ago adobe raise the prices in my county (Brazil) and since then I'm not able to download files from market.

From Adobe website:
Do I need a Creative Cloud membership?
Creative Cloud Market is available to all paid Creative Cloud members. Single app and complete members with any plan—single user, Team, Education, or Enterprise—are eligible. Users can access Creative Cloud Market through Creative Cloud for desktop app.
Creative Cloud Photography plan members are not eligible to access Market through Creative Cloud for desktop. Free members can browse Market assets through Creative Cloud for desktop but cannot download content.

Some questions:
1.Why this informations is omitted from potential subscribers? The FAQ makes no discrimination regarding the plans, it says only that photography plans has no access to market download.
2.Why I used to download it normally and now I don't?
As a consumer I feel cheated. I just want what as advertised (and what I paid for): a full plan.
