I recently suscribed to your services and four months later you removed syncing libraries after I used 30 gb. I have no budget for suscribing to another cloud. Well today I lost a 1gb file with one accidental click and there's no way to recover it.
Thank you for the inconvinience.

nothing's changed with libraries.

They literally announced the removal of the syncing ability 3 months ago

not of libraries. only your local cc sync folder will/did stop syncing.
in addition, nothing is removed from your (renamed) local cc sync folder.

You're not understanding my issue in the slightest...
I lost the file because stuff doesn't sync anymore, that's my issue. I don't know why you're trying to explain how the transition worked to me. I'm fully aware of that already.

Just because I said “libraries”? Okay, no more “syncing”

well , you could be helped recover your files, but you're blinded with the need to blame adobe. that's ok.
but for others, this op is incorrect.

Files cannot be recovered, that's the whole point. I'm new to adobe, not computers.
I don't blame Adobe for my mistake, I blame them because I paid for a yearly subscription that included syncing and they removed it because they felt like it before my suscription ended.
I find funny that you need to tell “others” that I'm incorrect when you didn't even knew how to identify my issue.
What am I incorrect in? Not being happy with the change and saying libraries wrong once in the description? (the library on the title is right since I'm telling off their library system which remained after the change)
So, just like you “for others”: This person cannot read and it's passive aggressive for declaring me incorrect because of his own conclusions, defending a big company like it's his brother's.

I just hope you don't want to bring up terms of service so Adobe can be “technically right” as I already know that too.

restarting this thread.
with what part of your cc file services are you having a problem? eg, are your cc libraries failing to sync or no longer accessible via a particular (or all) adobe apps?

My issue is syncing my local folders: I got Adobe because they had cloud service with local syncing and they removed it before my subsciption ended, I use local syncing on an hourly basis and I'm bound to Adobe for the better part of a year so I'm not able to look at cloud options with the now removed feature.
With my needs as they are, libraries are not useful due to the frequency I access my files and the inconvinience going through the apps represents in both utility and organization, among other things.

ok. i think i understand now. you're having a problem with your local cc sync folder and/or files.
RE: actual file loss. that's not "supposed" to happen. the files that were in you local cc sync folder should still be on your computer. they're just in a renamed folder.

It's really tragic that I took the time to explain the issue on hand and got the same answer as the very second response you sent, where I asked you to not explain how the transition worked as I was already aware of that.
Well, as long as the thread is not deleted or tampered this time I'm “happy enough”, since anyone interested can actually see the problem and how it was failed to resolve.
You can lock it if you feel like it, just don't delete it.

again, incorrect. but that's enough. you've vented; let's lock this.
