synchronize my data

How can it be that I am not able to synchronize my data between PC and Online, to look for individual folders at a company like Adobe? It can not be that I syncroniesire on any PC all or no folders

Then as 2nd, it is very annoying to be able to delete not all erased data at once online. A setting like "deleted deleted files after XX days finally" would be great.

At the moment, I really only consider my data with Onedrive to Syncroniesereren, since it has been a long time. I just miss the function just from an Adobe app to access the data.
