Trying to preview indesign file but nothing shows up

hi i uploaded an indesign file onto the cloud/sync folder and its synced 100% but when i send the link to a friend to preview on his computer nothing shows up. Do i have to package and sync the whole folder or is the imdd file enough?

HI dave

everything is fixed apparently cc2014 files don't support cloud previews so I've downgraded to use that feature

Hi Jay.

I get a "This page is temporarily unavailable. We'll be back soon." when attempting to access the link you posted. Is that the same behavior your friend receives? Are you able to still view the link yourself?
