Unable to sync files due to file name?

HI, I’m getting the message:

“Unable to sync “file name” because the file name is invalid. the characters |, “, ?, <, >, /, \, *, and : cannot be used in file names.”

But, I don’t have any of those characters in the files I’m trying to sync.

Help?
