anytime an update occors all adobe software stops working. The only way to get it working again is to uninstall everything. Is Adobe ever going to fix this?

you're encountering a problem unique to your setup, so adobe's not doing anything to resolve whatever problem you're having.

what's your os?

Windows 10. I'm using it on two computers and it does the same on both.

Does this mean I have to pay 30.00 per month for software I can't use? Is there a way to get out of the contract?

Windows 10 Home 22H2. It could be that one of these computers is a tablet (Surface 7) and the other is just old (I tried to solve the issue by updating my graphics card and monitor). I ask a lot of my machines; they may not be up to the task.

your os meets specs but maybe your hardware is a problem,
