Upload fails – storage space keeps decreasing

Hey,

I tried to upload a file to "Your files" 3 times. Every time it asks that the file needs to be converted.

I press okay, the upload starts and after while it says: Upload failed.

Surprisingly the storage space decreases by the 3 times the file size (1 GB each).

So something has been uploaded – it's not visible though …

.psd to "Your files" … as described above (see attachment above).

if you don't want to wait, reset the cc desktop app. reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

I did that … but didn't work.

Maybe just a glitch in the matrix … who knows 🙂
