Upload not successful, no error

When we try to upload a file into our cloud, the upload will start and finish as usual. But after the upload has finished, the files aren't there. There's no error, the upload just stops. The problem isn't tied to a specific kind of file or browser and it also doesn't matter how large the files are. Can anyone help, please? Thanks a lot.

Hi Dave,

yes we still have this issue. We also tried to connect our cloud with the laptop, then transfer the file into the folder and synchronize it. But this won't work either. Do you have any advice?

Hi Jenny,

Just to confirm, if you go to https://creative.adobe.com/files and try to upload through a browser, it appears to complete but the file isn't there? Are there any files there or is the page completely empty?
