What happens with my files in Cloud if I change license

Hello,

I would like to inquire if my license will changed (I'll get from another company), but if I'll use the new license with the old Adobe ID, can I have access to the old content of my files (Librarys, Assets, Presets etc.) in the Cloud? Or what will be with my old contents in the cloud?
