Hi,

Adding to erajshreeb41557534 suggestions.. It seems you have sync issue due to which you are not able to see files on other computer.

login to creative cloud assets using following link  Adobe Creative Cloud  and see if you have files there.

If yes then follow the steps mentioned on link below on your other computer

Error: "Unable to sync files" to the Adobe Creative Cloud

If nothing works follow below mentioned steps

(Mac)

  1. Close all adobe related processes in task manager (Core sync, services for adobe desktop app, adobe desktop service, Adobe IPC broker, AAM updater)

Navigate to ~/library/application support/adobe / and rename coresync to coresync.old and oobe to oobe.old

  1. launch creative cloud desktop app

(Windows sync issue)

  1. Close all adobe related processes in task manager (Core sync, services for adobe desktop app, adobe desktop service, Adobe IPC broker, AAM updater)
  2. Navigate to c://users/username/appdata/roaming/adobe / and rename coresync to coresync.old
  3. launch creative cloud desktop app

Note: Please backup your files before performing above steps

Please specify which product are you using from Creative Cloud app.

Assuming that most probably it would be any video product, do refer to:

Troubleshoot video in Premiere Pro

Let us know how it works.
