Why cant I click the Contact Us Button

New Here ,
Apr 24, 2022 Apr 24, 2022

https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html If I click on top on Hel and Supprt and then try to click on the blue "Contact Us" Button nothing happens, I have tried it on Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge, I disabled Adblockers etc., nothing works, this is beyond frustrating. I need to change my billing details but cant find a way to do so, the method described in the help-section doesnt work because the UI is different and there is no ongoing subscription....

This I see in the developer-console when I click the link: "Accessing event.type in Adobe Launch has been deprecated and will be removed soon. Please use event.$type instead." I have disabled all plugins and tried in several browsers..

Use a different browser.  The one you have now is blocking content.

Something is blocking you from using the online Chat system.  It could be Firewall, Antivirus or aggressive browser security settings.  The second option is to call Adobe support by phone on Monday during normal business hours.
