I can create a public link but when I click on it. I get a message that says the link is not active.
@Vida A - Are you using Send Link for individual files or for a folder containing files?
I have found that if I create a link for a folder and immediately click on the provided link that I sometimes get "Sorry, this link is no longer active." If I close the public link page, wait 5 seconds or so and then reopen the link it works.

I should add that non of my previously created links works either. They all used to work just fine until yesterday evening.

Creative Cloud is giving me sharing errors today as well. Also, noticed people on Twitter complaining. Perhaps Adobe doesn't believe there is a problem as their status page says everything is fine.

Thanks for confirming.
To make the matter worse. Creative Cloud deleted all my folders and files in the Cloud. However my desktop folder was ok and showed everything was fully synced.
Once I logged off and logged back again(as the same user) on CC desktop app all my files in CC folder disappeared.
I am thankful they all were in trash folder so I could recover them.
The sharing link still doesn't work for me.

There was a problem for the Send Link feature but it has been resolved. You may need to clear your browser cache to view the link correctly.
@vida a - For the file syncing issue please follow the steps outlined by Ben Morgue here Re: CoreSync error and email your log files to the Core Sync team.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't have a log file for the Sync as no error occurred. The files simply disappeared on CC and I recovered them from the trash folder on my desktop. I assume Sync worked correctly because the files were gone on the server and thus all of the files on the CC files folder on my desktop got moved to trash folder.
As for send link, now It works some of the times and I am still seeing issues on some of the folders.
I hesitate to share these links with my clients until I know for sure this unpredictability is resolved.
Meanwhile, I moved everything to Amazon Cloud.
Regards

The Core Sync log files are created whether or not there is an error. You can also use the tool at this help link Log Collector Tool to get the log files.
If files were moved or deleted then you will need to re-create the link after the file is restored.
I have personally lost important files from both hard drives failing and from issues with other online backup services. I would always suggest to back up important files in multiple ways.

Dear Ken,
Of course , I created new links.
all my folders work fine except one of them. I tried the following.
I deleted the folder from CC files folder so it is removed from the cloud.
Using Safari, I create a folder on the cloud directly and uploaded the files into that folder.
it synced to my desktop successfully.
I then created the public link but clicking on it tells me the link is not active.
I deleted the link. Cleared the cache and created the public link again which was successful but clicking on it still tells me the link is not active.
all the other public folder links work fine.
Thanks

@vida a - If possible please send the non-working public link to me via a forum Private Message or email me at kenrice at adobe.com. We will investigate.
(Silly forum spell correction keeps mangling my email address.)

@vida a - As mentioned the forum spell correction is messing up my email address. Thus spelling it out as kenrice at adobe.com. I did see your private message to me so you can just send the link that way too.

Ken,
I am sending link for a folder containing files.
The problem is I can't tell each person to close the link and open it in 5 seconds.
