Does Creative Cloud support sharing videos?

Hello all,

I would like to share a movie with some colleagues to get some feedback on the progress thus far.  I would like to restrict the video to read only so that no one can download it.  All this is fine until the recipient receives the link (they are not CC subscribers).  The video does not play for the person I am sending it to.  It shows up with just a still from the video, comments are available to make. So is this supported by the creative cloud?
