acsm autorization

It says me that i can't activate one ACSM file, because i have no connection to internet. My internet is working succesfully and i have permissions from the firewall of windows and i also have turned off the virus scan. I really need your help.

I'm using ADE v4.0.3 in windows vista and i was trying it in windows 8 as well. i was unlocking the setup file before installing too. I really don't know what else do.

I have it in Spanish: "Digital Editions no ha podido conectarse al servidor de activación. Asegúrese de que está conectado a Internet.

In English would be like: "Digital Editions couldn't connect into the activation server. Check your Internet connection."
