ADE shows that my Adobe Account is authorized. My Kobo EReader settings shows my Adobe Account is authorized. EReader shows library book content being downloaded to EReader however they wont' open and an error messages states it is due to lack of authorization. Not sure what the issue is as I have used EReaders for years and never had a problem. This is a new computer and new ADE download.

Yes originally I could open the download in ADE. However now there is an additional problem. If I try to download I get a ADE message stating the computer is not authorized however the settings indicate that both the computer and the EReader device is authorized. The authorization option is greyed out because the computer is already authorized. I have even tried uninstalling ADE and reinstalling but the same problem persists.

For other people having issues with ADE, after resetting Kobo, uninstalling/reinstalling ADE, unauthorizing both a bunch of times and working on it for over 3 hours I finally got everything working by going back to ADE version 3.0. Now everything is working great but I had to start fresh with an empty library. I was getting multiple duplicates too, and they would not delete. Ugh. What a stupid program! You can dowload version 3.0 here if you are having as much trouble as I did.

I can't seem to actually access a 3.0 installer. Is there a new link? it keeps bringing me back to the support page with no download.
