ADE does not recognize Nook Device (Glowlight Plus)

The ADE 2.0 version does not recognize Nook Glowlight plus NBRV510. Barnes and Nobles support is pointing the finger at ADE. I've downloaded earlier version as discussed and it doesn't help. Why would ADE not recognize my glowlight? Should i download v1.0?
