ADE doesn't see new files on KOBO Auro HD

ADE doesn't see new files on my KOBO Auro HD. I just bought some books with my reader, have them in my library there, but don't find them in the filelist when i try to transport them to ADE 4.5. I did synchronize my reader allready. Who nows the solution?
