ADE - Licence Key (Laptop and IPAD)

I have been able to download the book in the ADE app on the Ipad, however, unable to view it in the laptop. I keep getting an error message saying the Licence key is no longer valid.

Can you please suggest how I can access the book on the laptop as well?
