should i uninstall ADE on my old desktop ... I want to use ADE on my new laptop to get ebooks from my library using Overdrive and place ebooks on NOOK

    No, You need not to uninstall the ADE from your old laptop.

    Single ID can be used on multiple devices (max: 6 : in general for your information).
