Hi ,

Am having trouble accessing my ACCA book using ADE. The program keeps saying my computer is not authorized. And after a window pops up saying the program needs to close because of problems.

    Hi Shreya,

    I tried to do that but it still fails. Please see attached the screen shot of the error.

    Reason for the error message:

    Your ADE is authorized with a different id as compared to id which was used at the time of book download.

    You need to enter correct user id which was used at the time of book download.

    Hope this works !!
