ADE stopped working in May 2019.

When I download library books they do not appear in ADE. Then ADE will not allow me close it or use any of the buttons. This program was working fine I was travelling and getting books from the library regularly with no problems.

I have tried uninstalling it and downloading it again then unauthorising then reauthorising but it still won't work.

I have tried installing the version 3 but I get an activation error.

I need help as I can't get books onto my KOKBO e-reader.

Seams Kobo work only with Version 3. Which error message you get in ADE 3.0?

    Hi

I was getting an error which said "Activation Error."

After uninstalling and installing again I re authorised the computer. When

I download a book it appears in ADE if the KOBO is not connected. If

connected the book does not appear in ADE. Also in both instances ADE

stalls I can't open book I can't close ADE. If I shut the computer down and

restart it when I open ADE there is no book there.

I'm wondering if when I reauthorised the computer I may have done it wrong.

I did under Overdrive rather than Adobe ID.
