Adobe Digital asks for Administrator & password, but won't except them. What do I do?

I am the only Administrator & am using correct password on my PC (am only user too). What do I do to install the download of Adobe Digital:  ADE Installer_4.5_Installer.exe?

Used to have Digital Editions on Windows 7 PC, but had to install new hard drive and Digital Editions is not in my programs now.

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

Also, during install or update, the process MAY be asking for your computer password, not your Adobe password
