Adobe Digital Edition 4.5 does not start

ADE does not start, tried all the options proposed:

Rename "My Digital Edtions"

Run as Administrator

2.Unistall and reinstall

Rename "My Digital Edtions"

Run as Administrator

WTH is not launching? Seems quite a common issue and still Adobe is not able to solve it? Companies are paying licenses and forcing their customers to use ADE, which does not work.
