Adobe Digital Edition non Scarica i contenuti acquistati con un altro PC

Salve a tutti. Sono nuovo del forum.

in precedenza avevo Adobe Digital Edition 3.0 su Windows XP, ed avevo acquistato 8 libri.

Ora ho anche un altro computer con Windows 10, su cui ho installato la versione 4.5; con mia sorpresa però, nonostante abbia effettuato l'autorizzazione del nuovo computer con lo stesso account Adobe, la nuova versione 4.5 di Adobe Digital Edition su Windows 10, non mi fa vedere nessuno deglio 8 libri acquistati che continuano però ad essere visibili sul computer con Windows XP con la versione 3.0.

Qualcuno può aiutarmi a risolvere questo fastidioso problema?

eBook was not download automatich download form the old device to the new device. You muste move the eBooks from the old device to the new device or download it new buy the reseller of the eBooks.

    Ho un problema simile, soltanto che su un PC con windows 10 riesco a vedere i libri e su un altro no. Stessa versione anche di Adobe digital Edition. Perchè? Ho provato anche a disinstallare e reinstallare il programma ma non c'è verso.
