Adobe Digital Edition

I just installed Adobe Digital Edition 3 on a new computer with Windows 8.1 (previously XP). When I downloaded a book from library, it will not let me copy to my Nook.  The error message: CE COPY NOT ALLOWED No Permission To Copy This Book.
