I've recently upgraded Adobe Digital Editions to 4.5 on my MacBook Pro (Mac OS Big Sur) and now none of my borrowed books will open. I've been using the software for a few years without trouble, borrowing numerous books from online libraries. I've just taken out a new loan from a library I use all the time, but the updated Adobe Digital Editions won't open it, saying "this file's format is not currently supported". It's just a regular encrypted Adobe PDF, like all the other books I borrow. Now none of the books I borrowed before will open either. I tried other formats to no avail. I've Authorized and Deauthorized my computer, reinstalled the software. I'm out of ideas. I tried chatting with Adobe and they said they had no experts who could answer me.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
