Adobe Digital Editions 4.5

Hi,

 

I have Adobe Digital Editions donwloaded on three of my devices.

 

1. MACBOOK PRO

2. IPAD

3. IMAC

 

On my MACBOOK PRO, the files are titles "Missing" that I have downloaded and are typing to open and I get message that reads " Unable to open File". In order for me to open books, I need to keep redownloading the same file.

 

On my IPAD, I can open the book downloaded, but cannot figure out how to dowload the second book, as there are two of them.

 

On the IMAC, the two books appear to be downloaded but when I click on them, I get a popup that reads "Computer Authorization Needed"


It asks me to start authorization process by entering Adobe ID and password.


I have no idea what is is.

 

Can you please help me understand what to do to resolve these issues?

    I had a very similar issue with the "Missing" files. You can't move the file once you import it into ADE because the reference to the file changes, and ADE can't find it. I had to delete and readd them to ADE once they were in the folder I wanted. Hope this helps.
