Adobe Digital Editions account exceeded max numbers of activations allowed

I have 2 smartphones activated with ADE.

I want activate my tablet but i get the a.m. error.

To my opinion the reason is, that i reinstalled tablet about 10 x without deactivating ADE account.

Therefore please reset my account.
