Adobe digital editions connected to EBSCOhost account, mismatches between information

Hello,

As specified in subject line, my Adobe digital editions account is connected to my EBSCOhost account.  If you regard screenshots below, I have checked out a couple of books but am trying to check them in early.  I am unable to "return borrowed item" for both of these books (I was able to do this yesterday for a different book).  I'm testing it out so I can create tutorials for our customers (they're also having trouble w this).  tried uninstalling then reinstalling dig. editions this morning, still doesn't work

Also, sometimes I get an error message when trying to download/read an e-book (please see screenshots).  How can I fix this? Thank you
