adobe digital editions probleem

Question

Hallo,op het moment dat ik een acsm bestand wil toevoegen zegt adobe het volgende:Downloaden is mislukt. Fout bij ophalen licentie. Communicatieprobleem met licentieserver:E_ACT_NOT_READYwat moet ik doen?Ik heb het programma al van mijn mac gegooid, en opnieuw geinstalleerd maar ik krijg de zelfde melding.Ook heb ik geprobeerd de authorisatie te verwijderen, maar dit gaat ook niet.Dan ga ik zoek naar een telefoonnummer van ADOBE, dit is nergens te vinden!Groetjes van Sandra

Windows:

    Close all applications.
    Press WINDOWS + R.
    In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
    In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
    Remove the Adept Folder.
    In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
    Close the Registry Editor.
    Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize..

Macintosh:

    quit Adobe Digital Editions.
    Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.

    Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.
