Adobe Digital Editions support

I had chat Adobe support and they tell me that since Adobe Digital Editions is a free program they do not provide support and they refer me to this forum to see if a charitable soul can help me.

 

 Therefore, I recommend not buying ebooks to download in Adobe Digital Editions.
