Adobe not opening

Hello, I ordered books and was able to download them via adobe. However for some reason I keep getting this issue when I try to open the books. "RET_RECORD_CORE_INVALID_CLIENT_CERT  Client certificate used with Digital Editions is invalid. You will not be able to use all the features available in this application!"
