Android version of Digital Editions not working

So I installed Digital Editions on my PC to read my textbook for class.

However, the book won't auto download to the apps I have installed on my Android tablet and phone. And that's after I clicked on "Refresh" in the apps. And yes, I reauthorized both devices TWICE.

I tried opening the saved file I got for the textbook on my tablet directly through DE, but then app crashes when starting to load the book. Very disappointing.
