Authorisation with ID not possible (Windows 10)

Heribert cannot authorize my computer with Windows 10. (Wrong Adobe ID or password for this Ebook provider). But I have access to my account with the browser, so ID and pw are ok. I also authorised my second computer (Windows 8.1 )and my tablet and thats ok. I can authorize without an ID, that works. Then I deauthorized and tried it again with an ID and I failed again.

    Reset the password and used only letters and numbers. Then try it again.
