Authorization

I purchased a book for my class. I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions. I uploaded ADE and accidentally did not authorize it with my Adobe ID. I selected "authorize without Adobe ID." I then authorized my computer with my Adobe Digital Editions and now I cannot see the document at all. When I try uploading the document again, It says "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER." Since then I have contacted support chat, even had it escalated. I have uninstalled and re- installed the program. I also deauthorized the computer and authorized it. The problem is the document is tied into another authorization and I cannot access it.
