Autorizzazione con Digital Editions

ho autorizzato computer, ho autorizzato ereader (kobo touch) dopo che per errore mi si è ripristinato, ora scarico file acsm da prestito interbibliotecario, carico in adobe digital edition, copio su ereader, lo vedo a video (su pc) ma quando apro il file da bookreader mi dice che è protetto da DCRM. A volte ADE prende la sua registrazione / attivazione confuso e in uno stato di semi-autorizzata.

Disinstallare e reinstallare non aiuta.

Purtroppo, dà spesso poi i messaggi di errore fuorvianti su ciò che è sbagliato.

Un messaggio errato comune informa che la ID è già in uso su un altro computer e non può essere riutilizzato.

Un altro è "E_AUTH_NOT_READY"

Questo spesso può essere risolto rimuovendo completamente qualsiasi autorizzazione con ctrl-shift-D alla schermata Library su ADE (cmd-shift-D se su Mac).

Riavviare ADE, e quindi autorizzare nuovamente con il (vecchio) Adobe ID.

In casi estremi sul mac, il seguente passo in più ha aiutato alcune persone. Passare a / Users / / Library / Application Support / Adobe / Digital Editions e trascinare il file activation.dat nel cestino. Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.

Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.

A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.

Another is  "E_AUTH_NOT_READY"

This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).

Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.

In extreme cases on the mac, the following extra step has helped some people.  Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
