can't authorize ADE, get an activation server error - help?

Hello:

I have had multiple errors when ADE 4.5 cannot connect to the Adobe fulfillment server. After reinstalling, I am currently unable to authorize it due to the following activation server error. Would you happen to have any suggestions on how to fix the situation? Thanks!
