Can't download book

I have successfully downloaded Adobe Digital Edition 4.0 but I have a problem in the ebook downloading can anybody help me in this regard.

    I have downloaded and authorised a book on my laptop. I have downloaded the app for my smartphone and authorised it, but the library doesn't sync with the app on my laptop and doesn't show me my book! Help

    my computer is already authorised and when i tried to download an ebook i got the following message.

    unable to download

    Error getting licence. licence server communication problem.

    E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

    I'm having the same issue exporting the book from the library into my Abode and then onto my Kobo. Everything goes smoothly until I try to open the book on my KOBO and it tells me I have to authorize my device. IT is authorized! Please help
