can't open book on Kobo any more - deauthorization failed

Hi,

 

I have successfully read a book borrowed from a library on my Kobo, but I can't open the second book. It says this Kobo is not authorised.

I tried to deauthorize (and then reauthorize), but it keeps saying the password is wrong. I can log in with my new password (I had forgotten the old one, so had to change it) on the adobe website to see my profile, but it seems in the adobe app this password is not known.

My primary problem is: why has KObo forgotten the authorisation after 1 book?

My secondary problem is: why can I not deauthorise?

      Hi! I've got the same problem: previous books (on the old program version) are available (obviously the link is expired), my pc and account are sync and authorized but not my ebook reade, no deauthorization is possible.

      I think it's a bug between the new program and old devices (my Kobo is an old Kobo Glo).

      Nobody from support knows what to do 😞
