can't transfer books to Kobo anymore using elibraries Manitoba

I used to have no issues borrowing books from elibrairies Manitoba but since this past winter (maybe longer) I keep getting this error every time I try to put the book I borrowed onto my Kobo Glo device. Anyone else having this issue and know what to do about this? Thanks!

tried a few things to fix my problem, I was able to get  book to download but now when I try to transfer it onto my Kobo I get this message.
