I accidentally unauthorized my Kobo device but I cannot reauthorize because of the following; 1. If I right click the device name in ADE, ADE will crash every time, 2. If I try the menu options in ADE they are greyed out so won't work.
I have tried all of the following several times: uninstalled / reinstalled ADE, unauthorized / reauthorized ADE, restarted both the laptop and Kobo. The lovely people at Hive (ebooks) have thrown themselves into trying to help but ulitimately failed to find an answer. I gave up with the Kobo people who wanted a video to help understand the issue (!?) and asked me to install an older version of ADE (that isn't compatible with my laptop). And we all know that Adobe don't give 2 hoots about ADE so here I am hoping one of you lovely people might have an answer.
