Cannot open book, get Copyright message

Hello I can't access my books on my reader, "this document is protected by copyright" message comes every time. I can read them on my computer however. I already watched with Sony (reader) and the problem is not coming from them. It's been already 7 months that I'm asking for help and I've been push from one service to another. Can somebody, please, answer me? Thank you.

    Can you confirm the exact error you are getting? It will be helpful if you can paste the screenshot.

    Please make sure you are login to ADE with same ID by which you have purchased the ebook.

    Also please let me know the version of ADE you are using? Can you please check if you get the same issue with earlier version of ADE too?

    I have the same problem. I can't open books on my kobo reader, and I have reader and computer authorisation. DRM block my reader....Why??

    It worked last week!
