Cannot open my downloads - E_LIC_ALREADY FUFILLED_BY ANOTHER USER

I have Adobe Digital Additions downloaded. It works fine. I have been sent an e-mail from school to download a book. It downloads fine. But when I try to open it I keep getting a message that says "Unable to Download - Error Getting License. License Server Communication Problem E_LIC_ALREADY FUFILLED_BY ANOTHER USER". Can anyone help me with this?

    Having the same issue and getting very frustrated. Mine is a pdf suppliment to an audiobook from the library. (and to add a dose of irony the book is called Calm the F--- Down). This is why I try to stick to the kindle edition loans...everytime I have to deal with Digital Editions it is a problem.
