Cant Open Play Books (Google) or Kobo Books

Adobe Digital Editions keeps showing errors when I try to load any GooglePlay or Kobo  ebooks.

I have deauthorized and reauthorized, uninstalled and reinstalled, I have also done the regedit delete of the ADEPT.

Nothing is working.. I'm forced to stop buying ebooks.

Oddly I can open Local Library OverDrive books.

I keep getting a variety of errors

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
