cant read my ebook on my Mac with adobe digital editions

Hi !!! I just downloaded Adobe digital editions and created my new account... also just authorized computer and apparently everyhting was doing great. So i tried to pass my ebook from ibooks to adobe digital solutions so i could read it. The book aparently transfers ok but it stays blank. Eberything is blank, if i open it it says the number of pages but everything is white.... HELP PLEASE !!
