changing emailadress on ADE is not working

I want to change my Emailadress on ADE, because my old adress will be removed within three weeks.

I already changed my adress on my Adobe ID, but I am not able to change it on ADE.

ADE doesn't recognize my old adress when I use CTRL-SHIFT-D.

I contacted the helpdesk about this, but they couldn't help me.

If you want used a other Adobe ID, you should say which error message you get exactly when try to remove.

If you want choose the E-Mail-Adresse should do it in his account: www.adobe.com -> Menage Accounts.

No Nananky, as I wrote before, that's for changing my Adobe ID. I already did that with succes.

But I want to change my Abobe Editions mailadress. And that isn't possible, because ADE don't recognize my old adress, so I can't change it.
