CIM ebooks refuse to open on Adobe Digital Edition

I am having challenges with my CIM ebooks...i have two authorized emails but the ebooks just will not open using the Adobe ID and password i put..what is the solution?

You have enter a other Adobe ID in Digital Edition as the eBook are linked. You must enter the Adobe ID, which was used for the first open of the eBook. If used a other Adobe ID you get this Error Message.
