Computer authorisation error message "The vendor account is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again". Has anyone encountered this message before? How did you fix it? Adobe seem puzzled themselves.

    Sorry Everyone this error message appeared in Digital Editions 4 used on a windows 8 laptop.  Thanks Chris
