Connection Error Detected | Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet.

I have a student that cannot open the book and it is giving this error message. She is hardlined and has others sitting around her that have been able to download it just fine. What do I need to do to make sure she can open this book. Thanks.
