Connection Error Detected

I have purchased and ebook and trying to open but keep getting the above connection error.

Thanks for your reply.

Internet connection is fine and we have even tried disabling anti-virus and firewall too.

Also, tried with ADE 3.0

I can download the sample EPUB and PDF files and view them though.
